Answers / Search & reports

Can I ask questions across all my past meetings?

Short answer

Yes. With Acta you choose a set of meetings, such as every call with one customer or a month of standups, and ask in plain English. Acta searches those transcripts and writes the answer from what was actually said, using retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

How to do it with Acta

  1. 1

    Choose the meetings

Pick the meetings to search: one customer's calls, a project's standups, or a hiring round.

  2. 2

    Ask your question

For example: “What objections has this customer raised?” or “What did we decide about the launch date?”

  3. 3

    Read the answer

Acta answers from the relevant parts of those transcripts.

What you get

  • Follow a deal, a project or a hire across many calls
  • Answers grounded in the transcripts (RAG)
  • Only your meetings are searched, only for you
  • Combine related meetings into one record

Good to know

Which plan includes asking across many meetings?
