How do I keep a log of the decisions made in meetings?

Short answer

Let your AI meeting assistant keep the decision log for you. Acta records the decisions made in each meeting with who decided and who owns them, links the action items that follow, and keeps the history when a later meeting changes or reverses a decision, with the quote and the moment it was said.

How to do it with Acta

  1. 1

    Record your meetings

Acta finds the decisions in each meeting as it writes the notes.

  2. 2

    Open the decision log

See decisions across meetings, grouped by topic or by person.

  3. 3

    Check the history

When a decision changed, see what it was before, which meeting changed it, and play that moment.

  4. 4

    Share it

Search the log or export it as CSV.

What you get

  • Who decided, who owns it
  • Linked action items with progress
  • History: “Was 60 minutes, changed to 90”
  • Flags decisions with no owner or overdue actions

Good to know

What if Acta logs something that wasn't a decision?

Mark it “Not a decision” and it moves to the hidden list. You can also change the owner or split two decisions Acta merged.

Can I see one person's decisions?

Yes. Group by person and pick someone to see the decisions they made or own.
