ExamplesSalesSlackMemoryUpdated Oct 31, 2026

Build these in a few minutes. Each recipe lists the steps in order; see the other guides for how each step works.

Follow up after every sales call

When a meeting ends → AI → Human approval → Action · Gmail → Action · HubSpot

  1. 1Trigger When a meeting ends, with Only meetings whose title contains set to "sales".
  2. 2AI: "Write a short, friendly follow-up email. List what we agreed and the next steps." Add the trigger's Summary.
  3. 3Human approval: put the AI's answer in Text to check, and tick Also email me Approve and Reject buttons.
  4. 4Action → Gmail → Send an email. Message: the approval's Text.
  5. 5Action → HubSpot → Add a note to a contact, with the summary.

Morning news from a blog, in Slack

Event · RSS feed → AI → Action · Slack

  1. 1Trigger Event in a connected app → RSS feed → New post in a feed. Paste the feed's address (it often ends in /feed).
  2. 2AI: "Sum this up in 3 bullet points for our sales team." Add the post's Title and Summary.
  3. 3Action → Slack → Send a message to #news, with the AI's answer and the post's Link.

Welcome each new customer once

Event · Google Sheets → Memory → Action · Gmail → Memory

  1. 1Trigger Google Sheets → New row in your customers sheet.
  2. 2Memory → Seen before?, remember it by the row's email.
  3. 3From New: Action → Gmail → Send an email with your welcome.
  4. 4Then Memory → Remember it, by the same email, so nobody is welcomed twice.

Troubleshooting

Is my data safe?

Agents only reach the apps you connect, with your permissions. API keys and sign-ins are stored encrypted and never shown again. Tests never send anything, and you can disconnect any app at any time.

What does an agent cost to run?

Steps without AI cost nothing extra. AI steps use AI credits; each run in History shows roughly how many it used.
